No premier league title this season

The new Manchester City boss has insisted that owner Sheikh Mansour has not demanded that he finishes top of the pile, or that he achieves success in the Champions League
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has revealed that the club's owner has not made demands over winning the Premier League and Champions League during his time with the club.
Guardiola was presented to the media on Friday as he faced his first press conference as the club's new head coach, with expectations high following his huge success in his past managerial roles with Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
He told reporters at his unveiling on Friday, however, that owner Sheikh Mansour has not set any specific targets: "No [no targets set by the owner]. We saw each other three times and we just talked about what he thinks.
"We tried to meet each other, he lives in Abu-Dhabi, I'm going to live here in Manchester. But we are fully in contact by telephone, when he's here we're going to see each other.
no he didn't say 'you have to win Premier League or Champions League'. He told me 'do your job as best as possible, do your job like you are and after that we are going to see'. I feel the club is behind us, supporting us to reach what we need and what we are looking for."

Guardiola also denied that the City job will be his last, adding: "I don't think so. Seriously it [the offers he had to come to England before] was just this one. Always I will be grateful to this club, to the people who trust me to join this country and join the Premier League.
