Roy Hodgson resigned after England's poor Euro
2016 exit at the hands of Iceland a week ago.
Wales manager Chris Coleman appears to have
ruled himself out - which is probably just as well
given the small task of Euro 2016 semi-final with
Portugal on Wednesday.
United States boss Jurgen Klinsmann is the
current favourite with many bookmakers.
